ClurQ ("ClurQ", "we", "us") provides an enterprise AI interviewing platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
Our responsibilities depend on whose data is involved.
If you are a candidate and want your interview data corrected or erased, the fastest route is usually the employer who invited you. You can also contact us and we will route the request.
From website visitors. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring site, and information you enter into forms (name, job title, work email, company, company size, hiring volume, and anything you type into the message field).
From interview candidates. Where an employer runs interviews through ClurQ, we process on their behalf: your name and contact details, the audio and video recording of the interview, the transcript, your answers, and the resulting competency scores and written reasoning. We also process integrity signals used to detect scripted or proxy interviews.
We do not ask for, and do not want, special-category data — racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric identifiers used for identification, health data, or data about sex life or sexual orientation. Please do not volunteer it in an interview or a form.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share interview data with other customers, and we do not use candidate interviews to train models without explicit consent.
ClurQ scores interviews using automated analysis. That scoring is designed to be reviewable rather than opaque: every score carries written reasoning tied to specific moments in the interview, alongside the recording and transcript.
We operate internationally, so personal data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where data moves across borders we rely on recognised safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent local mechanisms — and we contractually require the same protections from our providers.
Data residency options may be available on enterprise agreements. Ask your ClurQ contact.
No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights: access a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how it is used; receive it in a portable format; withdraw consent; and, in some regions, ask that it not be sold or shared (we do not sell it).
To exercise any of these, email . We will verify your identity before acting, and respond within the period required by your local law. Exercising these rights will never trigger discriminatory treatment.
If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
ClurQ is a business tool intended for adults in professional hiring processes. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be signalled on this page, and where required we will notify you directly.
